Leading Change

A Process for Creating Acceptance

The Leading Change program is designed for intact project teams working on large-scale strategic change initiatives that will take several months or possibly years to implement

Often, initiatives fail to address acceptance of the change, resulting in a less than successful execution. This program teaches project teams how to develop strategies for attending to the acceptance
